Shipping Time Policy

• All orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Delivery is an additional 2-8 days depending on shipping destination. Delays may occur due to a high volume of orders; customers are encouraged to check the tracking information provided before contacting customer service.
• Actual delivery time is subject to change or extension as a result of order processing issues, order changes, shipping location scheduling, multiple project kitchen/ bath orders, customer’s timeliness in returning the order acceptance email, or simply shipping carrier’s delay.

Receiving Procedure

(Keep a smart phone or digital camera at hand at the time of delivery for any necessary documentation and pictures.)

1. Order Acceptance
The customer must receive, inspect and sign for all deliveries. The number of packages received needs to be checked against the proof of delivery or bill of lading supplied by the driver. These documents detail the number of packages/cartons/pallets, etc. being delivered, not the itemized list of products purchased.

2. Visible Package Damages
All visible package damages at the time of delivery must follow the procedure outlined below:

• With the driver present, take pictures of any visually damaged package(s).
• With the driver present, open the package(s) so you can document any damage to materials contained within. Photographs must be taken in order for Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC. to process a claim, if the shipment has been scheduled by Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC. You should file your own claim for damages if you have arranged the shipment yourself.
• If there is no damage to the contents, no further action is necessary.
• If there is damage to the contents:
• IMMEDIATELY report all damages to the carrier in writing on the proof of delivery or bill of lading and refuse that particular box, have carrier driver sign it.
• Within 48hrs all visible package damages must be reported to Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC. in writing via email with supporting photos attached.
• No claims will be accepted without the proper paperwork signed by the customer and the transportation company.
• Replacement of damaged items will be made as soon as possible based on product availability. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC. Cannot guarantee supply times for damaged items. Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC. Will not be responsible for any project delays caused by damages. Standard shipping only for replacement of damaged items.

Merchandise Return Policy

• All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee. The procedure outlined below must be followed.
• Requests for returns should be reported to Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC. in writing.
• No returns will be accepted later than 14 days after the date of delivery.
• No returns will be accepted unless a claims/customer service specialist  has provided a “Return Goods Authorization form”.
• Cabinets will only be accepted in good condition AND original packaging.
• Assembled and/or disassembled cabinets are not accepted for returns or exchange.
• Once an item has been received by Carolina Cabinet Warehouse LLC., and it has been inspected, and found to be in good condition, a refund will be issued to the customer, minus the restocking fee, to the original PayPal/ Amazon payment account.
• Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees from the original order.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, it is recommended to insure the product so that any damages sustained during transit can be claimed for.
